I sooo love kitchen stuff! During our recent trip to Walmart, the microwavable egg poacher and omelet pan caught our eye. Mark has been requesting for Eggs Benedict for the longest time now, maybe this week I'll get to try it. I also got the pyrex with lids, perfect for baking and storing. I am on happy mode once again.
