From Breakfast to Lunch: Bread Cups, Scrambled Eggs & Marinated Beef

Bread Cups and Scrambled Eggs

I woke up early today and due to my cough, I couldn't go back to sleep anymore. I browsed the breakfast recipes on my favorite site Home Cooking Rocks and saw the bread cups and scrambled eggs entry.


Since I have scraps of bread left (both ends of the loaf which I save for making garlic bread) and I was planning on cooking 'tapa' (beef marinated in vinegar and garlic), might as well make scrambled eggs to partner with the beef for lunch.

The bread cups were easy to make even the scrambled eggs (of course!) I added diced ham, garlic sausages, mushrooms and dried parsley on the eggs. Delicious breakfast indeed! But it was more of an appetizer for us because after eating the bread cups, we ate the 'tapa' along with the scrambled eggs and some rice too. BURP!
