These are my recent cooking experiments:
Crispy chicken skin- I remember the ones sold in the streets back home, they're cheap, tasty and also bad for one's health (lol). Too bad they don't sell chicken skin in the supermarkets, it's a good thing though for health reasons but still, I wouldn't mind buying.
Crispy Spinach- It tastes the same as Crispy Kangkong, a popular appetizer back home. Served with garlic-mayo dip, it was more than just an appetizer for us but more of a main course as well.
Sourdough bread with Spinach Dip- This was hubby's successful experiment. Lei loved the dip while Lance enjoyed the store bought bread.
